Parent-Child English

Help your child build a genuine love of English, right from their first class.

We Believe First Impressions Matter

Language learning doesn’t start with grammar or tests — it starts with feeling.
Good Good English’s Parent-Child program is built to give children a happy, comfortable first impression of English, so they want to lean into it themselves.
That positive feeling becomes the foundation for everything that follows.

What Happens in Class?

Every class follows the way young children naturally learn —
songs and music, movement, stories, new vocabulary, games, and hands-on activities,
with plenty of repetition and interaction with teachers and parents along the way.

What matters to us isn’t just what gets covered — it’s whether your child comes away feeling that English is fun and approachable.

What We Hope Children Take Away

Rather than rushing children to “know a lot of English,” we want them to:

  • Feel comfortable with English — not resistant, not afraid
  • Enjoy trying to speak, even imperfectly
  • Naturally understand and use English in everyday situations

These are the real foundations for a lifetime of learning English.

Who It’s For

Designed primarily for children ages 2.5–5.

Every child develops at their own pace. If your child is a little older, reach out and we’ll help find the right fit together.

Class Format

Each class runs about 50 minutes, taught in small groups so every child gets seen and responded to.

(Exact class times vary by campus and group — please contact us for current schedules.)

How We Teach, How Parents Take Part

Our teachers use expression, movement, repetition, and play to actively engage young children — it’s simply how children this age learn best.

In Parent-Child English, parents don’t just watch from the side — they join in, play, and explore English alongside their child. That togetherness is itself one of the biggest sources of security for a young child.

Frequently Asked Questions

My child doesn’t know any English at all — can they join?

Absolutely. Parent-Child English is designed exactly for children encountering English for the first time. No prior foundation is needed — just a willingness to play and experience English together.

My child is shy and hesitant to speak — what then?

That’s completely natural. We never push a child to speak right away — through songs, games, and repeated interaction, we help them grow familiar at their own pace. We give children the time and the sense of safety they need, so that when they’re ready, speaking up feels natural.

Do parents need to join the class?

Yes — Parent-Child English is built around full parent participation. Your presence gives your child a greater sense of security, and creates a wonderful shared learning experience for you both.

Do I need to teach my child English at home first?

Not at all. No prior knowledge is needed to join — we start from the most natural, everyday approach and build gradually from there.

My child can’t sit still — is that a problem?

Not at all — that’s exactly how we’ve designed the class. Children this age learn through movement and play. We don’t expect anyone to sit quietly for 50 minutes — singing, movement, and games are all part of how learning happens.
